Rev Bernard Foo | President of the Board
Rev Bernard Foo is the Senior Pastor of Harvester Assembly of God. Prior to that, he was working in the banking industry. Together with his wife, Rev Bernard Foo has been thickly involved in family and pre-marital counseling for more than twenty years and has set up educational centres in India and the Philippines. He has a strong passion to see families and communities impacted and empowered in Singapore and other countries. His vision is to establish an orphanage and a school in Indochina by 2015. Married for more than twenty years, Rev Bernard Foo is a proud father of two grown-up sons.
Mr Vincent Heng | Vice-President of the Board
Mr Vincent Heng is a Manager in a statutory board. He has been responsible in promoting innovation excellence and bringing about organization-wide change programmes. With his creativity and initiative, Mr Vincent Heng has spearheaded many fundraising events for Harvest Care Centre. A firm believer in teamwork, he passionately looks for avenues of collaboration because "together we can do more". Married for more than ten years, Mr Vincent Heng is a father of three growing young children. He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) from the National University of Singapore. Ms Priscilla Teng | Secretary of the Board
Ms Priscilla Teng is the Manager of the Admissions Office in Singapore Polytechnic. With her strong skills in coordination and administration, Ms Priscilla Teng has provided valuable support in the running of Harvest Care Centre. Her previous volunteering experience with CDAC involves counselling premature school leavers to return to school or be gainfully employed. Ms Priscilla Teng holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Alan Tan | Treasurer of the Board
Mr Alan Tan is the Vice President of EFG Trust Company (Singapore) Ltd. With his rich accounting experience in the finance and manufacturing industries attained from his previous career, Mr Alan Tan has availed himself for the accounting work in Harvest Care Centre. He is married and has two young children. Mr Alan Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accountancy Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
Ms Ong Siow Fern | Member of the Board
Ms Ong Siow Fern is the Personal Assistant to the Senior Pastor of Harvester Assembly of God. With the experience in administration from her previous job, she is able to provide key administrative support to assist the Senior Pastor in performing his responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Ms Ong Siow Fern has been avidly organizing and participating in community service activities for youths and adults both locally and in short overseas trips to Malaysia, China and the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of London.
